Chia 'Black Seeded'
Black seeded variety of Chia. Seeds soaked in water create a gel that can be used in dips, salads dressings and spreads as a thickener. Dry seed can also be used a poultry forage. Chia seeds are rich in Omega 3 fatty acid, Thiamine, Niacin, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Phosphorus and Zinc. Approximately 2000 seeds per packet.
