Chilli 'Anaheim'
Anaheim is a relatively mild heirloom chilli with large fruits up to 15cm long. This variety is most often eaten when green but can also be left to ripen turning red. 10 to 12 weeks to harvest. Each packet contains 15 seeds.
Chilli 'Hungarian Yellow Wax'
Hungarian Yellow Wax is a large, medium heat chilli which can grow up to 15cm long. The fruit turn from a creamy yellow to red when ripe, but are most often eaten while still yellow. 10 to 11 weeks to harvest. Each packet contains 15 seeds.
Chilli 'Jalapeno'
Jalapeno produces medium sized fruit with a pleasant bite. Useful for Mexican dishes. 10-11 weeks to harvest. Each packet contains 15 seeds.
Chilli 'Long Red Cayenne'
Long Red Cayenne is a very hot heirloom chilli first sold by seed traders in 1883. The fruit grow to 15cm long, are very thin and wrinkled. They turn from green to red when ripe and can be eaten at either stage although the heat of the ripe fruit is more intense. 10 to 11 weeks to harvest. Each packet contains 15 seeds.
Chilli 'Magnum Habanero'
Magnum Habanero is a highly productive Chilli variety. Bright orange, bonnet-shaped fruits, very hot. 12-14 weeks to harvest. Each packet contains 15 seeds.
Chilli 'Poblano'
Poblano is a popular mild chilli variety, smokey and fruity in flavour. Dried, ripe Poblano peppers are called Ancho peppers. 11-12 weeks to harvest. Each packet contains approximately 15 seeds.
Chilli 'Rocoto Tree'
A perennial, heritage Chilli variety from the Andes. Lives up to 15 years and grows 3m tall in ideal conditions. Different species to other chillies. Medium heat, fleshy fruits with black seeds, ripening from green to purple finally to red. Leaves and stems softly hairy. Cold tolerant but also grows well in the tropics. 15 seeds per packet.
Chilli 'Serrano'
Serrano is a prolific, medium heat, crisp, thin-skinned variety of chilli pepper. 10 to 12 weeks until harvest. Each packet contains 15 seeds.
Chilli 'Thai Hot'
Thai Hot is a heirloom chilli used in South-East Asian dishes for it's spicy kick. Produces lots of upright, tapering fruit held above the foliage. Fruits ripen from green to red. Compact bush. 15 seeds per packet.
